Lovely Maple is looking for a new sofa to call home. Maple loves people and cuddles, and would love to find another family who can give her oodles of attention, watch her tricks, and the opportunity for plenty of exercise.

Maple was rehomed from SPDC in 2024 and has lived with a family and their other SPDC rescue for the last 2 years. Sadly, Maple and the other nervous and anxious resident dog cannot find a happy balance and it is with very heavy hearts, Maple's family have asked us to find her a new family.

Maple is very friendly, clever, exuberant, and athletic. She loves to play, run, and chase a ball, and is excellent at learning and doing tricks. Her family describe her as one of life’s great enthusiasts and a delight.

She is house and lead trained and travels very well in the car. She has no anxiety issues if left at home. Maple has shown some resource guarding with the other resident dog, but never with people.

Maple is highly confident and super friendly with people and other dogs when out on a walk and will greet both with much enthusiasm. She will happily live with children, although her energy would be better matched to an experienced family with slightly older children.

Maple does have a high prey drive so would not be suitable to live with cats or other small furries.

Maple is fully vaccinated and neutered.
