About Honey
Honey and her sister, Josie, were dumped in a field like rubbish. It’s always shocking when dogs are abandoned but when young vulnerable puppies are thrown out like this it’s even more horrific. These two were lucky to have been caught by Constantina and Evita, our groomer, who was passing by to go to the vet and helped.
The sisters were obviously shocked and frightened to begin with. But they’re puppies so before long, once they had full bellies and realised that they were safe, they were playing and running around together in their new safe environment.
Honey is slightly more confident that her sister and is now seeking out belly rubs and giving kisses to us. We can now see that they pups will stay small when fully grown – perhaps min-pin sized. They are funny and sweet and will continue to grow in confidence.
The girls love toys and running around with balls or ropes. They’re going to be great fun to have around! They will need some time to get used to life in a home and it may take them a few weeks to trust their new families. But we’re sure that they’re going to be loving, playful and fun additions to any family!
