Little Margot greets everyone with a wiggly, wiggly wag which is guaranteed to melt your heart!

This sweet girl was found as a stray, turning up near a fellow rescue, not doubt attracted by the sound of the other dogs. She’s a little dog, weighing only around 10kg and we don’t think that she will grow any bigger.

Margot is a happy little dog. She’s really enjoying running around in the yard at the sanctuary and playing with the toys. When we gave her her first treat she ran around happily with that as well. It took her a while to realise that it was a tasty treat!

When she comes for a cuddle she really leans into it, enjoying the strokes and closing her eyes with pleasure. It definitely feels as though both play and love are new concepts to this sweet little dog.
