Phoebe was found as a stray and although we suspect that she once lived in a home, no one has come forward to claim her. She was frightened and shocked when she first came to the sanctuary and watching her transform into the loving, funny dog that she is has been pure joy!

Phoebe is a very small girl with a big personality. She loves cuddles and will often roll over in front of you asking for belly rubs. She’s a clever little dog, and food motivated which should make her easy to train.

From what we’ve seen Phoebe doesn’t have an issue with other dogs. She’s currently looking after little Olive, a young puppy, and she is being very patient with the playful pup.

Phoebe has stolen the heart of our volunteers and we think that she’s going to flourish in a home environment.
