About Christiana

About Christiana

There is no other way to describe this girl other than pure joy - she runs into the room and lights it up! Yes, she’s a little energetic but she knows how to make every human feel special.

Christiana lives at Constantina’s house and happily lives with dogs of all shapes and sizes. We use her for dog tests and she will also happily hang out with our more nervous resident dogs at the Sanctuary.

Her ideal home would be a home where she could go everywhere with you and with her being so small - why not?!

She absolutely loves belly rubs, food and people. From the moment she sees you, her tail goes like mad and she makes you feel like the most special person in the world.

We suspect she was likely trained as a rat catcher and therefore she wouldn’t be suitable to a home with small animals or cats but if you need someone to catch a mouse or rat, she will not disappoint.

She walks well on a lead and is also happy to run alongside you (if you wanted a running companion), then again, she would also happily spend the day having her belly rubbed by a belly slave (she wouldn’t mind if you had a child or two).

Christiana was positive for Leishmania, has undergone treatment and recent testing confirms she is in remission and therefore is considered free of the disease.

Let’s not make this girl wait a day more for her forever family.
