Little Henrietta is a pound rescue who came to us together with another little poodle cross, Tessie. The two girls share a kennel and Henrietta definitely takes comfort from having another dog as a friend.

This sweet girl is gaining confidence every day that she’s with us. She’s a very happy little dog who loves to run around in the yard with her friend Tessie. She’s also affectionate, but a little wary of new people and approaches carefully at first.

Henrietta is only young, just over a year old, and will continue to gain confidence once she’s in the safety of her own home. From what we’ve seen she has no issues with other dogs and, with careful introductions, could join a home with another resident dog. She may even benefit from having a doggy companion.
